Author description

Siripan Akvanich lives in the Thai coastal town of Hua Hin. For many years she ran a small hotel there, and a guest house and restaurant renowned for cooking good, time-honoured, Thai food. Now she shares her culinary secrets to bring the taste of Thailand into your own home.
